Saniya and Amir were still locked in eye contact. He pulled her closer, their lips just inches apart. She could feel his breath ghost over her skin. The room was filled with silent tension- until Amir's phone rang, snapping them back to reality. They both straightened up on the bed, and Saniya looked down shyly.
Amir smirked. "Someone is cute when they're shy," he said before glancing at the screen. It was his brother, Abbas.
